You're going to start seeing a lot of highland cattle (coo) around here because he's our official mascot. If you want the exaggerated story about why we chose the coo as our icon, here it is: They are strong, hardworking, and knowledgeable animals, like us! An awesome animal, with vibrant long, wavy pelts of red, yellow, or black. We're always amazed at how beautiful their orange long hair flows against the vibrant, green grass. Haha, but seriously, they look pretty coo and we're both born in the year of the ox so we have a natural affinity for bovine.
  • Initial sketch of hairy highland coo

After deciding on a mascot, we began work on our logo. Camile's first sketch features a hairy-ass coo. One thing we both agreed early on was that the coo had to be hairy.

  • All highland coos travel using a rocket

We're both fans of paper-mades, and it wasn't long before we finished a snow highland coo (with rocket) made out of watercolor paper, Elmer's white glue, and child-safe scissors.

  • The final highland coo, painted and lit

After a good deal of orange paint, the handsome coo was ready for a photo shoot. This is our completed highland coo logo. We're quite proud of the result, but currently unsure what to do with it.

First coo in space! Good job keeping the tactile quality on a digital platform.

Very crafty. Love the actual use of traditional medium to create your logo. It forms a nice shadow on the rocket and lovely texture on the coo.

Great job on the logo! I really like the fire from the rocket. One thing i noticed though is that the fire falls a little flat in comparison to the rocket (2D vs. 3D). Great site! You two are very talented!
